Oversee the day-to-day operations of the guest relations team, providing guidance, support and mentoring
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience
Handle guest inquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve any issues that arise
Monitor guest satisfaction and implement strategies to continuously improve the guest experience
Assist with managing staff schedules and workflows to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
Maintain detailed records and generate reports on guest interactions and hotel operations
What We’re Looking For
At least 3 years' experience in a guest relations or front office supervisory role within the hospitality industry
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
Proficient in handling guest complaints and concerns with diplomacy and tact
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
Proficient in using hotel management and reservation systems
Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia
