Job summary

A leading hospitality brand in Bandung, Indonesia seeks a dedicated Guest Experience Manager to lead operations, implement quality standards, and maintain exceptional service. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent proficiency in English language.
  • Ability to speak additional languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the overall Guest Experience operations.
  • Coordinate with support departments regarding operations issues.
  • Implement and prepare Pullman brand audits internally and externally.
  • Ensure all employees embody Pullman standards in front of guests.
  • Mobilize and challenge all Heads of Department on quality.
