Position Overview

We are seeking an outstanding Growth Marketing Specialist who can confidently manage both customer engagement and marketing initiatives. This dual‑role position is perfect for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and eager to make a real impact. You must have exceptional spoken and written English skills, as you will represent NEXLAW.AI to clients and the broader market. This is a fully remote position, but you must be available to work core hours in the US Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the founder and content team to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth.
  • Create compelling, high‑quality content for emails, blog posts webinars, tutorials, and more to drive leads.
  • Support the launch of new features and products with effective go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor marketing performance, analyze results, and adjust tactics for continuous improvement.
  • Lead onboarding sessions and ensure clients quickly become confident users of our platform.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions, both verbal and written.
  • Conduct regular check‑ins to gather feedback, identify opportunities, and strengthen relationships.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, always striving to exceed expectations and minimize churn.
  • Analyze customer data to enhance the user experience and report key insights to the team.
  • Convert leads into clients via cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and track performance using CRM tools.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Key Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, customer success, account management, or other client‑facing roles (legal tech or SaaS preferred).
  • 1+ years in marketing (content creation, social media, or campaigns).
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Very fluent English in oral and written communication.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably during US Eastern Time.
