Premium Aesthetic Clinic Bandung is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to design data-driven growth strategies and translate them into actionable campaigns that attract customers and strengthen the premium brand.

You will work across Creative, Sales, and Operations, guiding the marketing team while hands-on executing initiatives, analyzing performance, and driving measurable ROI in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with business, revenue, and growth objectives
• Translate customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies into actionable marketing plans
• Plan and drive integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels to support customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and marketing performance to identify growth opportunities
• Monitor key metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI
• Develop and coordinate partnerships with KOLs, KOCs, communities, media, and other relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with Creative, Sales, Operations, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign execution
• Provide strategic direction to the marketing team while remaining actively involved in execution
