About the role

PT. LUNA BOGA NARAYAN (Kopi Janji Jiwa) is seeking a dynamic and data‑driven Growth Campaign Manager to join our team. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns to drive growth and increase brand awareness for our premium coffee brand. The role is based in West Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data to continuously improve and refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure seamless integration of campaigns with broader brand initiatives.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and implement innovative approaches to drive growth.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on campaign performance and ROI.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth marketing and campaign management.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, particularly in the e‑commerce or consumer goods industries.
  • Proficient in the use of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation software.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed, data‑driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behaviour, as well as an understanding of the coffee industry.
