In this exciting and challenging role, you will work in our Group IT Team, located in our Jakarta office as Group Software Engineer.

Job Description

Be part of Acclime’s AI driven solutions development team to craft intuitive and responsive user interfaces for our web platforms. This role combines design sensitivity with technical rigor, requiring strong skills in modern frontend frameworks, accessibility, and performance optimization. You’ll work closely with with cross-functional teams, designers and backend engineers to deliver polished, user‑centric digital experiences. Therefore, The ideal candidate must demonstrate fluency in English communication and possess a genuine passion for automation and AI, exemplified by hands‑on experience in designing and building intelligent interfaces to support AI‑driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reusable front‑end components and libraries.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.
• Integrate with backend APIs and manage application state effectively.
• Optimize UI performance and ensure accessibility compliance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement design specifications.
• Conduct frontend testing and participate in code reviews.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimun 3+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries is a plus.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
