About the Challenge

Are you experienced in Finance, Accounting, and Taxation? Are you a quick learner, accurate, and passionate about solving problems? Can you handle multiple topics with meticulous attention to detail while managing people and timelines?

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Group Finance Senior Manager to oversee financial operations across multiple countries, ensuring smooth daily activities, compliance, and alignment with policies and regulations. Responsibilities include financial reporting, tax support, compliance, financial analysis, budgeting, audit, asset and liability reconciliation, and cash control.

What You Will Do

  1. Assist in managing daily operations and assignments of the accounting team, including planning, organizing, and communicating goals and schedules.
  2. Oversee the integrity and accuracy of financial operations in Indonesia and the Philippines, collaborating with local finance teams for timely reporting and adherence to controls.
  3. Manage revenues, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, audits, general ledger, and cash functions.
  4. Implement and maintain accounting practices aligned with company policies, local conditions, and accepted standards.
  5. Supervise cash flow and ensure accuracy in financial transactions and reports.
  6. Conduct financial analysis, explain variances, and recommend actions to meet business goals.
  7. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  8. Ensure monthly account reconciliations and oversee credit and collection processes.
  9. Monitor applicable taxes to ensure compliance and timely payments.
  10. Assist with payments and other duties as assigned, supporting staff as needed.

  • Experience managing finance operations across multiple countries or entities.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with general ledger, AR/AP, payroll, and monthly closing.
  • Experience with financial systems like SAP, Oracle, or Netsuite is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and report to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in English; SEA regional experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Our Selection Process

The position reports to the CFO. During interviews, you'll meet the CFO, business stakeholders, and management team members.
