UNISON Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Executive to lead group consolidation and multi-currency bookkeeping across multiple entities. The role requires a hands-on approach to GL maintenance, accuracy in financial reporting, and timely close processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of consolidation experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently to deliver group reporting and statutory submissions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in financial consolidation.
• Experience covering multiple entities and currencies is preferred.
• Strong bookkeeping, GL accounting, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills to manage large datasets and consolidation schedules.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting entries, and GL maintenance across multiple entities.
• Perform group financial consolidation for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Handle multi-currency accounting, FX transactions, and exchange rate calculations.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, management reports, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and apply consolidation eliminations.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing records.
• Use Microsoft Excel proficiently (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS) for financial data analysis.
• Support month-end/year-end closing, financial audits, and statutory reporting.
