Position Overview

As Group Compensation & Benefit, you will be responsible to design, implement, and manage effective compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees, while ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and full compliance with labor and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation & Benefits Strategy: Develop, implement, and regularly review compensation and benefits policies and programs (base salary, incentives, bonuses, allowances, BPJS, etc.).
  • Salary Structure Design: Design and maintain a fair and competitive salary structure based on job evaluation and market data.
  • Payroll Management: Control end‑to‑end payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments, including statutory deductions (taxes, BPJS, absences).
  • Payroll Coordination: Coordinate with Finance and third‑party vendors (payroll providers, tax consultants) to support seamless payroll operations.
  • Employee Benefits Program: Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, transportation allowances, leave management, and employee well‑being initiatives.
  • Benefits Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of benefit programs and recommend enhancements as needed.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation surveys to support decision‑making. Provide regular reports to management on compensation costs, structures, and projections.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure all compensation practices comply with Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations. Manage internal and external audits related to payroll and employee benefits.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Supervise and develop the C & B team (if any). Collaborate closely with other HR functions, Legal, and Finance departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, BPJS, and Indonesian labor law.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and HRIS/payroll software.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and cross‑functional communication.
