Job summary

PT FCL INTERNASIONAL INDONESIA is seeking a skilled Retail Design/Interior Design professional based in West Jakarta to create compelling POSM and retail visuals. You will work on 2D/3D concepts, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality displays for GT, MT, and event needs.

Ideal candidates have strong 2D design skills, proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp/3D Max and Adobe Creative Suite, and at least 2 years in related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or educational background in Interior Design, Visual Communication Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Design, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Experienced in creating 2D technical drawings, 3D renderings, and retail display concepts.
• Good understanding of space planning, materials, production processes, and display construction.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop POSM, Key Visuals, acrylic displays, and IG Stories for GT/MT/events.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth production and accurate execution of designs.
• Manage multiple projects, work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industry is a plus.

Job description

• Proficient in design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Able to work under pressure, maintain discipline, and meet project deadlines.
• Willing to work on public holidays or outside regular working hours when required.
• Strong 2D graphic design skills, with the ability to create POSM, Key Visuals, acrylic displays, and Instagram Stories (IGS) for General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and event-related requirements.
• Knowledge of 3D design using SketchUp is an advantage.
• Able to coordinate effectively with vendors to ensure smooth production and accurate execution of designs.
• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in the retail beauty industry. Experience with Chinese beauty brands is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or educational background in Visual Communication Design (DKV) or Interior Design.

• Strong creativity, visual aesthetics, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industry is an advantage.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant retail, interior, or visual merchandising projects is required.
• Willing to work Full WFO at Soho Capital, West Jakarta.
