Employment Status: 6 months contract-based (opportunity to be converted to permanent status)
Working Arrangement: Work from Home

Key Responsibilities

• Develop attractive and relatable characters that reflect the essence of our baby products, ensuring they are appealing to both babies and parents.
• Collaborate with the product development team to brainstorm and refine character concepts that align with product functionality and brand identity.
• Produce high-quality illustrations in various styles and ensure brand consistency across all design materials.
• Work closely with the marketing team to seamlessly integrate characters into product packaging, marketing materials, and digital assets.
• Stay updated on design trends in the baby product market, to inspire fresh and new ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years of experience in character design and illustration, preferably in the baby or children’s industry.
• Proficiency in design software Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc).
• Deep understanding of color theory, composition, and typography, especially in creating engaging visuals for children and parents.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
