Position: Graphic Designer (Staff Level)

Location: Bali, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute design needs for social media content, marketing campaigns, and brand collaterals.
• Support the social media & Creative Lead by creating simple photo and video content needed for social media (basic product shoots, event documentation, reels, and short clips).
• Provide design support for events, POS materials and merchandise.
• Handle design requests from cross-department teams (HR, Operational, Sales, BDM, POS Partners).
• Ensure all creative output is consistent with Leoni’s brand guidelines.
• Maintain organized design files for internal and external use.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Educational background in Visual Communication Design or related field is a plus, but strong portfolio and relevant experience will be prioritized.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Motion Graphic).
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Portfolio that demonstrates relevant experience in modern and professional brand design.
