Job summary

A prominent property management company in Indonesia is looking for an experienced graphic designer to create various brand visuals, including social media content and packaging. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, proficiency in major design software, and a compelling design portfolio. This role involves collaborating with marketing teams to produce high-quality, engaging designs that align with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience as a graphic designer at a brand or agency.
• Engaging design portfolio must be attached to the application.
• Ability to work with deadlines and maintain brand guideline consistency.

Responsibilities

• Design brand visual needs such as social media content and banner ads.
• Translate marketing briefs into visual designs consistent with brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to produce engaging content.

Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator

Strong sense of layout

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Designing various brand visual needs, such as social media content, banner ads, packaging, brand kits, and campaign materials.
• Translating marketing briefs and concepts into strong visual designs that are consistent with the brand identity.
• Creating designs for various digital and offline platforms (Instagram, TikTok, websites, catalogs, posters, etc.).
• Collaborating with the social media, videographer, and marketing teams to produce engaging creative content.
• Developing mood boards, color palettes, and creative direction for new campaigns or projects.
• Ensuring all designs are of high quality, have the right proportions, and are ready for production (print and digital).

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience as a graphic designer at a brand or agency.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva Pro.
• A strong sense of layout, typography, and color composition.
• An engaging, strong, and diverse design portfolio (must be attached to the application).
• The ability to work with deadlines.
• An understanding of and ability to maintain brand guideline consistency.
• A creative, communicative, and open-to-feedback mindset.
• Experience in creating high-converting ad creatives (Meta/TikTok/YouTube).
• Fluently for English Language both Spoken and Written

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

• Experience in designing for luxury properties or luxury hospitality.
• Demonstrated knowledge of light motion graphics or animation for social media applications.
• Familiar with basic UI/UX layout (Figma or Adobe XD).
• Have illustration or digital drawing skills.
• Understand the concepts of luxury design and visual storytelling in line with social media trends.
