Overview

Hubexo | BCI Central Indonesia is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create high-impact, brand-aligned visual content that supports marketing campaigns, corporate initiatives, and internal communications. This role plays a vital part in delivering creative assets that inspire audiences, strengthen brand presence, and enhance engagement across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality creative assets that align with Hubexo's brand identity and tone of voice.
• Work within established design systems, templates, and brand guidelines to maintain consistency.
• Produce visual content for global audiences, working closely with marketing and cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate across departments and time zones to manage multiple design projects at pace.
• Support both internal and external communications with deliverables such as digital assets, social media graphics, presentation decks, infographics, print‑ready materials, and motion content.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, to coordinate with a globally distributed team.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a graphic design role, ideally within a global organisation, corporate environment, or technology company.
• Experience working in a corporate environment is a strong plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing ability to design across various digital channels, including social media, web, email, and internal communications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience creating and working with branded templates and applying brand guidelines effectively.
• Comfortable designing for multiple formats (static graphics, decks, print‑ready assets, etc.).

Additional Requirements

• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple projects.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across international time zones.
• Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience working in a global or cross-cultural context is highly desirable.
