Job summary

Aksari Luxury Resort & Spa Ubud is seeking a Graphic Design Coordinator to support branding and marketing across hospitality materials. You will craft social media visuals, menus, signage, and promotional designs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in hospitality or creative industry.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Canva and social media content is a plus.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color, layout, and visual communication.
• Able to create designs for social media, marketing campaigns, menus, signage, and other business needs.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is required.
• Good communication and coordination with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other departments.
• Creative, proactive, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Able to adapt designs according to brand guidelines and business requirements.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
