Praia Villas is a boutique villa management company in Bali. We manage a curated portfolio of uniquely designed villas and boutique stays, focusing on quality, guest experience, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our team as a Graduate Project Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn project management, property development, and operations directly from experienced leaders.

Position Overview

As a Graduate Project Coordinator, you will help plan and coordinate maintenance, renovation, and improvement projects across our villas. You will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Reservations, Villa Managers, and vendors to ensure tasks are organised, completed on time, and meet our standards.

This is a mix of office and field work and suits someone who enjoys learning, problem-solving, and being hands‑on with projects.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
  • Assist in planning and organising villa improvement and renovation projects.
  • Update project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate contractor meetings, site visits, and inspections.
  • Help monitor timelines, quality, and safety.
  • Flag delays, risks, or cost issues early.
Technical Support & Visualisation
  • Create simple layout plans or sketches in AutoCAD/SketchUp.
  • Assist with measurements and material selection.
  • Prepare drawings, presentations, and technical documents.
  • Share technical information clearly with vendors and internal teams.
Property Improvements & Repairs
  • Support Operations in prioritising and coordinating maintenance requests.
  • Visit villas to check issues and confirm repair requirements.
  • Coordinate small repair and improvement works.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance villa quality and guest experience.
  • Request and compare vendor quotations.
  • Schedule vendor visits and follow up on completion.
  • Support quality control during and after work.
Team & Communication Support
  • Coordinate schedules and updates across Engineering, Villa Managers, Reservations, and Admin.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, minutes, and follow‑up tasks.
  • Support new team members with workflow understanding.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience.
Technical Skills
  • Basic AutoCAD or SketchUp skills (or willingness to learn).
  • Ability to read drawings.
