Epson Indonesia is seeking a Graduate Operations Assistant to support operational efficiency in Tasikmalaya, West Java. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to supply chain, logistics, and process improvement as part of our operations team.

You will work with the operations management team, gain practical experience, and contribute to streamlining processes while developing professional skills and a foundation for career growth within the operations department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving operational needs.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Support the implementation of operational improvements and process enhancements.
• Maintain operational records and prepare reports on KPIs.
