Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Jakarta Pusat. You will participate in the preparation of technical specifications and ensure compliance with contracts. Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Fluency in English and the ability to work under pressure are essential. This role is on site and adheres to quality and HSE objectives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of piping material codes and standards.
• Ability to work independently.

• Participate in the preparation of technical specifications and engineering deliverables.

About the job:

• Participate in the timely and quantitative preparation of technical specification, calculation, requisitions, engineering deliverables in coordination with other disciplines.
• Assist senior engineers in ensuring that contractual technical specifications are met by other parties.
• Ensure timely reporting on engineering activities to the Lead Discipline Engineers.
• Meet quality and HSE objectives of the project.
• Interface with the other discipline specialist engineers and possibility project support functions.

About you:

• S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering.
