Graduate Development - Electrical Engineer

DNX is a leading supplier of commercial explosives, developing, producing, and distributing a full range of explosives products and services. The company is part of a large multinational organization with over fifteen years of success in Indonesia.

Position Description

Successful candidates will undergo a 6‑month Graduate Development Programme before being assigned as Electrical Engineers. The role will support DNX Indonesia operations by maintaining and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures; testing and inspecting electrical systems; advising management on potential hazards; and ensuring compliance with DNX HSEQ Performance Standards and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering
• Fresh graduate, maximum 2 years from graduation
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be allocated to all DNX sites and departments as required
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
