You will coordinate accountability framework obligations, oversee senior management committee governance, secretariat support and reporting, and deliver briefing materials to strengthen regulatory engagement across the division.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, accountability and regulatory activities across Commodities and Global Markets.
• Coordinate accountability framework obligations, including organisational changes and annual assurance processes.
• Oversee senior management committee governance processes, including secretariat support and reporting.
• Support division-wide product governance activities and manage director governance obligations for Equity Investment portfolios, including nominee director governance and associated training requirements.
• Prepare briefing materials, conduct analysis and deliver insights that strengthen governance frameworks and regulatory engagement across the division.
