Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our remote team. In this role you will develop, implement, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to meet our clients’ marketing goals. The ideal candidate is data‑driven, detail‑oriented, and has a strong understanding of paid search strategy and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage end‑to‑end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max, etc.) across multiple client accounts.
- Perform advanced keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Ahrefs; create negative keyword lists and implement audience segmentation strategies.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis using auction insights and third‑party analytics to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Monitor and optimise campaigns in real time by analysing metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, Quality Score, and impression share; execute bid strategy adjustments and A/B test ad creatives.
- Develop high‑impact ad copy, assets, and creative strategies, ensuring alignment client brand guidelines and leveraging ad extensions for enhanced visibility.
- Set up conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4 integrations, tag management, and UTM parameters to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed performance dashboards and reports using Data Studio/Looker Studio or Excel, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Stay current with the latest Google Ads features, algorithm changes, and industry best practices by participating in beta programs, attending webinars, and maintaining certifications.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of optimising campaigns for ROI and conversion performance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Self‑starter with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively in a fully remote setting.
- Experience working remotely with international clients or teams is a plus.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
