We're looking for a Google Ads Specialist who lives and breathes data, optimization, and ROI. This is a remote contract role for a results-driven marketer who knows how to scale paid campaigns and generate consistent performance growth across multiple accounts.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify high-performing opportunities.
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on landing page improvements to boost CTR and conversion rates.
- Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking and reporting through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, headlines, and targeting to enhance results.
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Stay up to date with Google Ads policies, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience managing Google Ads / PPC campaigns.
- Proven track record of achieving high ROAS and hitting performance KPIs.
- Excellent understanding of bidding strategies, Quality Score optimization, and campaign structure.
- Skilled in using Google Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Google Ads Certification is a strong plus.
