About Us

We're an award-winning, fully remote marketing agency that builds and scales mission-driven brands. You'll be assigned to one key client brand in our portfolio and own the performance of both paid search and organic traffic.

What You'll Handle

Google Ads Strategy & Management

  • Plan, build, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max).
  • Manage keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting for maximum ROI.
  • Track and improve Quality Scores and maintain a strong account structure.
  • Set up conversion tracking and monitor ROAS, CPA, MER, and other key KPIs.

SEO & Content Optimisation

  • Conduct technical SEO audits: site speed, indexing, and on-page best practices.
  • Research and implement keyword strategies for both long-tail and high-volume search.
  • Optimise site pages and landing pages for organic visibility.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure meta tags, schema markup, and alt-text are fully optimised.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build clear weekly dashboards with insights on traffic, rankings, AOV, and conversion rates.
  • Run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and SEO tactics, sharing learnings with the team.
  • Track organic and paid performance in Google Analytics, Looker Reports, and other analytics platforms.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers, developers, and email specialists to align SEO and paid media goals.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations for content planning, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, PMAX).
  • Proven success in SEO strategy and execution for e‑commerce or Shopify stores.
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research tools, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent English writing skills with the ability to craft high‑performing ad copy.
  • Comfortable working remotely (GMT+8).
Nice‑to‑Have
  • Experience with HTML for SEO optimisation.
  • Exposure to Australian/American brands.
  • Basic Google Sheets or Excel skills for KPI tracking.
