In this engaging role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional indoor golfing experience to our guests using state-of-the-art golf simulation technology. You will ensure that guests receive knowledgeable guidance, outstanding customer service, and a memorable time while utilizing the golf simulator facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist guests using the golf simulator, providing them with information and instructions on its operation.
  • Ensure the simulator area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary equipment.
  • Offer tips and support to guests to enhance their experience, including basic golfing advice as needed.
  • Monitor simulator usage and maintain records of reservations and guests.
  • Address guest feedback and inquiries, resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Promote additional services and activities offered at the hotel to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and an inviting atmosphere for guests.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality or recreational services preferred.
  • Strong passion for golf, with knowledge of the game and basic golfing techniques.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
