Job summary

Nextalent in Jakarta is seeking a Golang Developer to join our backend team. You will build, maintain, and optimize services using Golang, design RESTful APIs, and integrate with internal and external systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Business Analysts, QA, and front-end teams, plus documentation, testing, and performance tuning. Occasional travel and KPI-based bonuses are offered, with clear career paths and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Financial Services is preferred.
• Strong Golang and backend development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Golang.
• Design and develop REST APIs and integrate systems with internal/external services.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Frontend Developers, QA, and other technical teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in testing, code reviews, and system improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure application quality, scalability, and security.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
