Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled backend developer to design and maintain scalable services using Golang and Gin Framework. You will build microservices, RESTful APIs, and ensure high performance while integrating frontend components and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities include debugging, architecture collaboration, code reviews, and maintaining Dockerized environments. You will work with databases and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable workplace technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Golang development experience with Gin Framework.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps basics.
• Experience supporting enterprise or workplace technology solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang and Gin Framework.
• Build and optimize microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Develop secure, reliable, high-performance applications following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across development and production environments.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Perform code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and documentation.
• Develop and enhance user interfaces for internal and customer-facing applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to deliver responsive web applications.
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and services.
• Build, manage, and maintain Dockerized application environments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and performance.
• Follow established Git workflows for source control, branching, code reviews, and release management.
