Provide comprehensive financial services, ensure regulatory compliance (PSAK, OJK, Tax, IDX), including insightful reporting, performance analysis, tax planning & management, and enforcing financial control frameworks to ensure compliance and timely reporting for all legal entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Tax Planning and Management: Lead all aspects of corporate taxation including tax planning, compliance, and audit handling; collaborate closely with internal specialists and external advisors; review and validate tax filings, reconciliations, and transfer pricing documentation; provide strategic tax insights to management; manage tax audits effectively.
- Review Month-End Closing and Quarterly Bapepam Financials: Ensure proper month-end closing, accurate financial reporting, compliance with Indonesian GAAP, timely delivery to management, and support account reconciliations.
- Set Up Year-End Accounts: Review reconciliations, meet year-end deadlines, minimize audit surprises by conducting monthly reviews.
- Special Projects & System Improvements: Develop group accounting policies and drive process improvements, including automation and simplification.
- Manage and Develop the Team: Facilitate coaching, provide guidance, and implement job rotation to enhance team skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/Ak certified is a must).
- 7+ years exposure in financial reporting, tax planning, and compliance with Indonesian GAAP.
- Experience from a public company would be an advantage.
- Strong tax experience.
- Must have a Tax Certification (BKP, Brevet A, B, & C, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP/ERP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team development abilities.
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang area.
