A growing company in the automotive industry is seeking a GM Sales to develop national sales strategies and lead a sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of sales experience, including 3 years in a leadership role and a proven track record in the automotive aftermarket. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team across regions.
Expand market reach through retail channels, auto accessory stores, and corporate B2B clients.
Manage key accounts and build long-term business relationships.
Monitor sales performance, forecast targets, and coordinate with internal departments (marketing, finance, operations).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Min. 8 years of experience in sales, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in the automotive aftermarket, car window film, PPF industry is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
Willing to travel and work with performance-based targets.
Location: Head office based in West Jakarta, with national coverage.
