Responsibilities

• Assist prospective B2B and B2C customers in selecting study abroad options tailored to their profiles.
• Address customer questions regarding Kobi Education's study abroad offerings and services.
• Answer inquiries from customers related to Kobi Education's products.
• Guide students in developing effective scholarship application strategies.
• Work with the sales team and study abroad division to improve service delivery.
• Monitor trends in the study abroad sector to provide informed advice to clients.
• Conduct coaching sessions for current mentees navigating scholarship preparation challenges.
• Lead onboarding sessions for new participants in the study abroad program.
