Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to conduct product development /deployment activities to meet KPI.
  • Oversee daily development activities, drive execution, control quality of development work of the team.
  • Raise up consistent constructive suggestions and actions to achieve and exceed KPIs.
  • Coach teammates to handle the difficult cases raised by customer or functional teams.
  • Predict problems and provide solutions.
  • Work proactively with related parties to make things happen.
  • Involve in the department's project and play the key role.
Requirements
  • Strong Critical Thinking Skills Demonstrates the ability to analyze complex situations logically, evaluate multiple perspectives, and make well-informed decisions based on data and context.
  • Effective Problem Solving Proactive and detail-oriented in identifying root causes of issues and developing practical, innovative, and sustainable solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent Communication Skills Clear, concise, and professional in both verbal and written communication; capable of conveying complex information effectively across diverse audiences.
