Lead a team to conduct product development /deployment activities to meet KPI.

Oversee daily development activities, drive execution, control quality of development work of the team

Raise up consistent constructive suggestions and actions to achieve and exceed KPIs;

Coach teammates to handle the difficult cases raised by customer or functional teams;

Predict problems and provide solutions;

Work proactively with related parties to make things happen;

Involve in the department's project and play the key role.

Proficient in key functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and data validation; able to analyze and present data accurately.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in Research & Development roles, with a focus on master data management.

Strong understanding of Oracle Project or similar ERP systems.

Proficiency in data entry, data validation, and data analysis.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

Certification in Oracle applications or relevant master data management tools.

Experience in a project-based environment.
