Job summary

HSBC Indonesia invites final-year students or fresh graduates to join its internship program starting late October 2026. The 3- to 6-month program offers hands-on experience across banking operations and exposure to senior leaders.

You will work on real projects, develop technical and professional skills, and participate in a global organization that supports development and inclusive culture. Fluent in English and strong analytical and interpersonal abilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Final year student by October 2026 or fresh graduate (bachelor/master degree) from any major.
• Fluent in VB, Excel Macro, SQL, Python
• Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Proactive, shows initiatives in understanding issues and looking for solutions.
• Good analytical and logical thinking
• Values the sharing of information and continuous improvement in a cooperative atmosphere of constructive evaluation and learning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in real projects and banking operations.
• Meet with senior leaders to learn about different areas of your business line.
• The training and development you’ll receive is designed to ensure that you are involved in real projects and have exposure to banking operations.
