Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent education/experience.
• 10+ years construction experience; 3+ years in CM role; at least one major project.
• Strong planning processes and procedures knowledge for construction work.
• Familiarity with lump sum business model.
• Experience with modular fabrication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate detailed engineering and construction activities in Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
• Assist the Project Manager and ensure schedule adherence.
• Coordinate all construction and sub-contractor work activities.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure work complies with standards.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and report progress to the PM.
• Lead change management issues and team performance.
