Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Indonesia seeks a corporate lawyer to draft, review, and advise on contracts, corporate documents, labor and taxation matters. You will research local laws and industry updates to provide accurate legal opinions and guidance to management.

As in-house counsel, you will liaise with regulators such as the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to ensure compliance and manage related communications. LL.B.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of legal work experience, preferably in fintech or online lending.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and OJK rules.
• Experience with LPBBTI is highly preferred.
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise and advise on contracts, corporate documents, labor matters, taxation issues and daily legal matters.
• Conduct thorough research on local laws and regulations to provide accurate legal opinions.
• Act as the company's legal counsel and liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure full regulatory compliance and manage communications.
