Responsibilities
  • Identify, establish, and manage multi‑tier relationships across customer organizations and internal company stakeholders to ensure long‑term business partnerships and achievement of corporate objectives.
  • Deliver customer‑oriented service at all times, addressing sales‑related matters and managing customer expectations effectively.
  • Plan and coordinate activities and programs to retain customers and drive sustainable sales revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage tailored after‑sales strategies for each designated key account.
  • Actively participate in the development and execution of strategies to maintain, protect, improve, and expand account sales and overall portfolio performance.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics or Business, with a solid understanding of sales principles and B2B sales exposure (experience in the Banking or Hotel industry is an advantage).
  • Professional appearance and well‑groomed presentation.
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate consultative or solution‑based B2B sales experience in a service‑related industry.

  • Mandatory fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
