Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources is seeking a highly motivated climate and sustainability professional based in Jakarta to support corporate carbon management initiatives. You will calculate, manage, and report GHG emissions, analyze data, and help optimize palm oil products for lower GHG intensity.

Responsibilities include data collection, database management, presenting insights, and cross-functional collaboration to implement decarbonization projects. Head Office Jakarta placement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong data management with Excel.
• Experience with SimaPro or other LCA software.
• Excellent written and English communication.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with global carbon accounting standards and LCA methods.
• Willing to be placed at Head Office Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Collect and collate operational data on GHG performance.
• Maintain centralized internal GHG database.
• Create presentations detailing GHG emissions across mills and supply chain.
• Evaluate sustainability workflows for GHG calculations and support low-emission palm oil products.
• Handle department administration, budgeting, and asset inventories.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive decarbonization initiatives.
