Job summary

HEY (Habibie Education Youth) is seeking a dedicated German Language Teacher to join our team in Batam. You will teach German from A1 to B2, prepare lessons, and create an engaging learning environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in German Language Education or related field, Goethe-Zertifikat B1 (B2/C1 a plus), strong communication, classroom management, and teaching experience. Willing to be assigned to any HEY branch; accommodation and transportation support provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in German Language Education, German Studies, Education, or a related field.
• Goethe-Zertifikat B1 is required; B2 or C1 certification is a plus.
• Strong German language and communication skills.
• Excellent classroom management and teaching abilities.
• Teaching experience is preferred.
• Willing to be assigned to any HEY branch; accommodation and transportation support provided.

Responsibilities

• Teach German language classes from A1 to B2 levels.
• Prepare lesson plans, materials, exercises, and assessments.
• Create an engaging and supportive classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Prepare students for German language proficiency examinations.
• Collaborate with the teaching team.
