In this strategic role, you will develop and execute innovative sales strategies, lead regional sales teams toward achieving ambitious revenue and profit goals, and foster strong partnerships with major clients in mining, logistics, and construction sectors.

You’ll analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and collaborate closely with production, marketing, and after‑sales divisions to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. As a key contributor, you’ll provide valuable insights and sales performance reports to management, helping shape the company’s long‑term market leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies for heavy‑duty truck products.
  • Lead and motivate regional sales teams to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Manage key accounts and build long‑term relationships with major clients (mining, logistics, construction).
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to expand market share.
  • Coordinate with production, marketing, and after‑sales divisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Report sales performance and market analysis to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Engineering, or Marketing).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial vehicle or heavy equipment sales, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
