Main Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement short-, medium-, and long-term investment strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Certified in investment management (WMI, CFIA, CFA, FRM, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/investment/banking, or 3 years in capital market investments.
- Strong understanding of OJK pension fund regulations and financial instruments.
- Proven leadership in investment strategy and governance implementation.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
