Job summary

Une entreprise logistique en pleine croissance recherche un Operations General Manager pour superviser les opérations d'importation et d'exportation. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une solide expérience dans le secteur du freight forwarding et être capable de gérer efficacement les réglementations douanières tout en maintenant la satisfaction des clients. Ce poste exige une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et des compétences en gestion des documents, dans un environnement dynamique.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 ans d'expérience dans la logistique ou le freight forwarding.
• Connaissance des règles d'import/export et des réglementations douanières.
• Compétences excellente en communication et en documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gérer et contrôler toutes les opérations liées à l'import/export.
• Préparer et vérifier les documents pour la douane.
• Assurer un excellent service client pour tous les clients internes et externes.

Job description

Experienced in freight forwarding business for at least 7 years in the same company.

PPJK License is not necessary, but it is certainly a plus.

Certification: EDI, Dangerous Goods Awareness, BNSP: Handling Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, is not necessary, but is certainly a plus.

Great knowledge of documentation:
- BL, packing list, commercial invoice
- BC2.3, BC2.0 (EPTE, Non-EPTE) and etc

Great knowledge of regulations and Customs Clearance:
- HS CODE
- PI
- Lartas, etc

Excellent administrative skills (MS Office, especially MS Excel).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Job Highlight:

Understand the rules and regulations of the import and export process.

Responsible for all import and export duties.

Manage, monitor, and Control all related Export-Import Operations either by Sea or Air Freight.

Maintain good communication and cooperate with Clients, Shipping lines, Agents overseas, Government Institutions, and Customs & Excise.

Checking all details (HS Codes, Value, Descriptions, etc.) and submitting application letters and other supporting documents to Customs.

Follow up on the performance of all operational processes.

Primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers

Review Export-Import profit/loss (Margins) and Release Export-Import Realization Monthly report.

Reporting to Management about Export-Import Services status.

Handling Administration (Payment, Invoice, B/L Documentation).

Prepare and check documents for Customs.

Sending invoices and/or documents to customers.

Ensure that they are monitored, reported, and reviewed for accuracy, following applicable national laws, regulations, rules, policies, and procedures

Correspondence with Clients, Shipping lines, and Agents overseas.
