General Manager of Finance Accounting & Tax

We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Finance, Accounting & Tax to lead the company’s financial strategy and operations.
This role focuses on managing cash flow, financial reporting, tax compliance, and developing efficient financial systems and teams.
As part of the senior management team, this position plays a strategic role in ensuring the company’s financial stability and sustainable growth.

Main Responsibilities :

• Develop tax strategies and policies that help the client or business maintain compliance with local or federal tax law and regulation, identify tax problems and propose solutions.
• All financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis. You will also be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial recommendations to the leadership team.

What we need :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Finance/Accounting head or similar role, with minimum 10 years of working experience in Finance or Accounting
• Strong accounting, analytical & research skills.
• Expertise with financial reports
• Excellent knowledge of tax & compliance & prohaving brevet A & B is preferred
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
• Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills
