A leading Engineering company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Marketing Manager with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of marketing experience, including 5 years in leadership. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, leading a team, and managing client relationships. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. This is an on-site position.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a Leadership role (experience in the construction industry is a plus)
  • Have Driving License A & C
  • Fluent in English is a must and Mandarin will be a plus
  • Able to operate computers, especially Microsoft Office
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Willing to travel for business trips when required
