Position Overview

Meratus Group is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our Vessel & Non‑Vessel (Heavy Equipment) Workshop Operations. You will ensure seamless maintenance and repair of vessels and non‑vessels while driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and unwavering safety compliance. As the senior leader on site, you'll orchestrate project delivery, uphold quality standards, and foster strong client and vendor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
  • Oversee inbound/outbound procedures for vessel & heavy equipment and parts, ensuring accurate handling and on‑time delivery.
  • Supervise workshop managers, supervisors, and technical staff to meet productivity and quality objectives.
Maintenance & Project Management
  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for Caterpillar‑class machinery and related assets.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to deliver on scope, time, and cost targets.
Safety & Compliance
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, government regulations, and company SOPs targeting zero accidents.
