Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage overall hotel operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Oversee all departments (Rooms, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Engineering).
  • Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction in accordance with brand standards and SOPs.
  • Control budgets, financial reports, and operational cost efficiency.
  • Develop teams through coaching, performance evaluation, and talent development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, corporate clients, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle major guest complaints and ensure the hotel’s reputation is well maintained.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with the last position as General Manager or Hotel Manager.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and service excellence.
  • Proven experience in budget management and sales strategy development.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to make strategic decisions.
  • Target-driven with a strong focus on service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willing to be placed in Lombok.
