Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Strategy: Develop short- and long-term financial strategies aligned with the company’s business goals; prepare financial forecasts, sensitivity analyses, and investment feasibility studies (ROI, IRR, NPV) for new product or plant development projects; ensure healthy cash flow management; oversee budgeting and cost control to support production efficiency; manage relations with banks, investors, and financial institutions for funding and working capital optimization.
• Accounting & Reporting: Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and IFRS; ensure accuracy and completeness in accounting records including production costs, asset depreciation, and operating expenses; prepare financial reports for shareholders and external auditors.
• Tax Management: Ensure all tax obligations are met on time and in compliance with applicable tax regulations (e.g., income tax, VAT, import duties if applicable); develop legal tax planning strategies for fiscal efficiency; act as the primary liaison for tax audits, reviews, and correspondence with tax authorities.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal company policies; manage financial risks, including implementation of strong internal controls.
• Team Management: Coach, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams; provide training and development to strengthen team capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics; Master’s degree or professional certifications (CPA, CA, CMA) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Preferably experienced in manufacturing industries (FMCG, cosmetics, or perfume industry a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP (PSAK), local tax laws, financial planning, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle).
• Excellent analytical thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail; accuracy and timeliness of financial reports; tax compliance (zero penalties or sanctions); cash flow efficiency and cost control.
