1. Required Qualifications and Experience

• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
• Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role. Significant experience within the textile, garment, or manufacturing industry is essential.
• Industry-Specific Knowledge: A deep understanding of textile and garment or manufacturing industry processes, supply chain, cost structures, and industry-specific financial metrics. Knowledge of export-import and international trade finance is advantageous.
