About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to join our team at PT Taurus Gemilang Group. As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the overall success and growth of our business. This is a full-time position based in Cilandak Jakarta Selatan.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing strong leadership and vision to the organisation, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, values and strategic objectives
• Overseeing day‑to‑day operations and managing the functional departments to achieve operational excellence
• Developing and implementing effective business plans, budgets and strategies to meet financial and operational targets
• Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to diversify and expand the company's product and service offerings
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and regulatory bodies
• Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement and development
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies

What we’re looking for

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior management or general manager role, preferably within a similar industry
• Proven track record of successful business leadership, strategic planning and driving operational efficiencies
• Excellent problem-solving, decision‑making and risk management skills
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of budgeting, forecasting and performance management
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
