Our group includes roles in Delivery Management, Implementation Services, Customer Care, Learning & Knowledge Management, and Security & Compliance.

The Implementation Products & Services (IMP) team focuses on deploying Amadeus' full range of standard products and solutions while scaling emerging products to increase business impact.

As a Core Implementation Services (CIS) Associate Manager, you will lead a team responsible for delivering high‑quality services across Amadeus' product portfolio. You’ll support CIS on security topics and collaborate with global teams using a follow‑the‑sun model. You’ll represent the organization with commercial teams and customers to ensure a positive customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Management – manage a team across multiple locations, set performance objectives, conduct reviews, recommend pay actions, communicate updates, define vision aligned with strategy, act as reference across areas, optimize efficiency, provide executive summaries.
  • Primary Point of Contact for the region – handle escalation of implementation issues, develop relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Implementation Operational Management – ensure team meets targets, balance workloads, promote knowledge sharing, guarantee tailored solutions, monitor key performance metrics, execute operations within budgets.

  • Monitor and drive growth of the outright segment: create and execute a strategic plan that delivers business opportunities with accurate forecasting and trend prediction.
  • Monitor inventory and delivery situation to ensure timely product availability during seasonal and mega campaigns.
  • Handle daily, weekly and monthly business reports to improve visibility of category performance to senior management.
  • Manage junior fashion buyers who support day‑to‑day operations and execute monthly orders.

  • Work with suppliers and internal teams to continuously improve operational aspects that directly impact the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in fashion merchandising/buying with international luxury retail companies.
  • Bachelor in Business, Fashion, Finance or related field.
  • Strong fashion sense with knowledge of South‑East Asia markets.
  • Experience in e‑commerce industry preferred.
  • Great negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to forge effective cross‑functional team relationships.
  • Willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Robust commercial understanding, P&L literacy with analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint; Tableau or Looker preferred.
