A construction company in Indonesia is seeking a General Affairs Manager to implement operational policies, manage office assets, and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and at least 3 years of experience in General Affairs or Office Management. Proficiency in Mandarin is required, along with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Implementing policies & processes for streamlined operations
Managing our office, assets & vehicle fleet
Ensuring compliance, safety & permit management
Leading GA team, controlling budgets & optimizing costs
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in General Affairs or Office Management; leadership experience is preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Good understanding of general administration, procurement processes, and facility services
Ability to multitask and handle confidential matters with professionalism
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must
