GENERAL AFFAIR SPECIALIST

Job Summary

We are seeking a General Affair Specialist who will play an essential role in supporting the operational backbone of Omotesando Indonesia across all offices and outlets. This role blends strategic facility coordination with hands‑on execution, ensuring every brand under the group operates in a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working across multiple functions – someone who sees GA not just as maintenance and administration, but as a key driver of operational readiness, employee comfort, and overall service quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the upkeep of all facilities across offices and outlets, including electricity, AC, plumbing, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Manage operational permits, legal documents, and ensure all validity periods are consistently updated.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance schedules, and procurement of goods and services.
  • Handle logistics needs such as office supplies, equipment, uniforms, and operational support items for outlets.
  • Develop and monitor facility SOPs and maintenance checklists for all locations.
  • Manage asset inventory and ensure accurate recording and tracking.
  • Support internal events, meetings, and company activities.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations for cross‑division needs.
  • Ensure all GA activities comply with safety standards and relevant regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in General Affair, preferably in F&B.
  • Hands‑on experience in facility maintenance and vendor management.
  • Strong understanding of operational permits and company documentation.
  • Fast, structured, and comfortable working in a dynamic multi‑outlet environment.
  • Good communication skills and able to coordinate with on‑site teams.
  • Willing to be mobile and visit outlets when required.
